Get Involved

There are so many ways to show up for Black girls' mental health.
Give your time, share your resources, or bring your whole heart.
We've got a place for you.

Volunteer

Are you ready to show up for Black girls?

Thousands of mental health boxes don’t pack themselves. Our volunteers make it happen by showing up and keeping the mission moving. From packing boxes to tabling events to behind-the-scenes work, there’s always a way to get involved.

Corporate Partnerships

Are you ready to show up for Black girls?

Big change starts small with every box packed, product donated, and partnership formed. Your business or organization can help make mental health care relatable and real for Black girls.

Host a Boxing

Rally your team for a hands-on volunteer day. Pack or distribute MH Boxes and help get support directly into the hands of girls who need it most.

Donate Product

Feature your company’s product inside our boxes. From journals to self-care items, we love partnering with brands who want to remind Black girls they matter.

Sponsorships

Keep MH Boxes free for girls and community partners, fund local distribution, or support programs that expand our reach year-round.

Internships

Future public health leaders get their start here. We have hosted Master of Public Health students from New York University, University of South Carolina, University of North Carolina, and Virginia Commonwealth University, and we’re just getting started.

If you’re passionate about equity in mental health, let’s talk about internship opportunities.
